Help from Unity Ukraine

As part of our ongoing Nutrition Initiative, our partner organization Unity Ukraine Foundation continues supporting Ukrainian families raising children with rare diseases by providing essential daily care supplies. This time, their parcels included bath chairs and diapers for children who require them most.

Specialized bath chairs help caregivers:

✔️ safely position children during hygiene procedures

✔️ reduce the risk of falls and injuries

✔️ make bathing possible for families caring for non-ambulatory or medically fragile children at home. 

Combined with basic supplies such as diapers, these items directly improve the quality, safety, and dignity of everyday care for both children and their parents.

Overall, what began as emergency humanitarian support last year has gradually grown into something deeper — a long-term system of practical care built around the real daily needs of families. Over time, our Nutrition Campaign has evolved beyond one-time deliveries into ongoing support that helps parents manage the challenges of complex home care more safely and consistently.

We are deeply grateful to Unity Ukraine, Anna and Sergii Bilous for continuing to stand beside Ukrainian rare disease families and helping us ensure that vital support reaches kids right on time.

We also warmly invite suppliers, manufacturers, and healthcare companies to join our initiative in Ukraine and help us expand access to essential daily care products for children with rare genetic diseases.

Together, we can build a stronger support system for families who face extraordinary challenges every single day.
