Maksym Kadubets

One more victory for our USA Resettlement Program! On June 28, Maksym Kadubets, 6 months, received his life-saving Zolgensma infusion at the University of California San Francisco Benioff Children’s Hospital.

The procedure went very well, and Maksym showed to have a lot of energy afterwards. He will also continue to receive physical therapy and participate in lab tests at UCSF Benioff Children’s Hospital for the next 5 months, – we hope those are going to be perfect too.

We express enormous gratitude to Maksym’s case managers – incredible Anya and Boris of “Friends of Be an Angel Foundation”, as well as praise the hospital staff for their professionalism , in particular, Dr. Jonathan Strober, directing child neurology services and the Neuromuscular Clinic at UCSF Benioff Children’s Hospital. We all wish Max easy rehabilitation and outstanding results of the therapy. We hope SMA symptoms won’t develop because of the early treatment.
